Returns & Refunds Policy
We really hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
How long do I have to return?
Please get in touch with us at hester@ourjourny.co.uk within 14 days of your order being received if you’d like to return something. After this window, we’re unfortunately not able to offer refunds or exchanges.
What condition should my item be in?
To qualify for a return, your item needs to be:

Unworn and in its original condition

Sent back in its original packaging
Who pays for return shipping?
As a small independent brand, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost of return postage. Please make sure you keep proof of postage, as we can’t process your return if it doesn’t make its way back to us.

Returns from outside the UK
If you’re sending something back from overseas (including Europe, the USA, or anywhere else), please note:

You’ll need to cover the return postage costs.

You’ll also need to pay any customs duties, VAT, or import fees in advance, so the parcel clears customs smoothly.

To help avoid delays, please clearly mark the parcel as “Return – no commercial value.”
Unfortunately, if customs fees are left unpaid and the parcel is sent back to us with charges owing, we won’t be able to accept it.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives safely with us and we’ve checked it’s in the right condition, we’ll process your refund. This will go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to show the refund.
